4 ingredient banana bread

Good morning! Today I bring you a DELISH vegan (& can be gluten free) recipe I just found and it literally takes 10 minutes to make before going into the oven

This is such a basic recipe and you can totally add anything you’d like to spice up your chocolate chip banana bread. I used:

  • 4 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (optional but I lOVE cinnamon)
  • next time I think I’ll add coconut flakes & chia seeds

Preheat the oven to 350 and grease the pan with coconut oil

Blend the bananas, oats and peanut butter in a blender until smooth, then add the oats and stir in the chocolate chips AT THE END.

Bake for 25 minutes and wait to cool before removing from the pan
