I was watching Sarah’s Day on Youtube and she posted her protein ball recipe and I am obsessed with her, so naturally I wrote down her recipe and adapted it to make my own flavour (which is DELISH).
I tried to measure everything for you guys but honestly, I go off texture.
You will need:
- 15 dates
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (I use Leanfit brand)
- 1/4 cup nut butter (I use Munch tropical butter)
- 1/4 cup nut milk (I used coconut milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of pink salt
Mix all in a food processor until you get a consistency that sticks together but not too sticky that they’ll stick to your hands or together in the jar.
I roll them into balls and put them in a jar into the fridge for an easy snack!
This recipe is easy to make your own since you can choose the type of nut butter, milk and protein powder flavour you like, but this is specifically the vanilla bean one I like 🙂
