3 Ingredient Banana Muffins

Coming at you with another recipe! I am loving easy, summer baking.

You will need:

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • chocolate chips and walnuts as toppings

Preheat the oven to 350°.

Throw everything into the blender until mixed. If you want chocolate chips in the middle, mix them in with a spatula then evenly distribute in muffin tins!

I sprinkled nuts and chocolate chips on top then baked for 10-12 minutes! It makes me 6 regular sized muffins or 4 jumbo ones.
