How to Fade Acne Scars

How to Fade Acne Scars

Friends!! I am finally learning what my skin needs topically and internally and have been taking the time to make changes in my routine.

Topically: I have noticed a difference using all of these products. Each have different ingredients and different price points.

  • Santeva Intense Rapid Fading Treatment. I recently got sent this product and it’s so good! It has ingredients like pink dandelion, jojoba oil, vitamin E and grape seed extract which are super good for the skin. They are currently having a BOGO sale right now and you can use my code MARLEY to get an extra 20% off!
  • Truly vitamin C serum. I have read so many great reviews about vitamin C fading scars and I love supporting local brands!
  • The Ordinary caffeine serum. I use this under my eyes in the morning and love it! I think Sephora is all sold out but you can get it from Deciem here.
  • Summer Fridays face masks. I have all three and love them all but I use the Jet Lag one as a moisturizer in the winter. They also have a vitamin C serum that I’ve heard amazing things about but it’s a bit pricey for what I’m going for.
  • Don’t forget to exfoliate! Moisturizing and brightening serums will not do anything for dead skin. I get exfoliating gloves from the dollar store and use them in the shower on my face and body & remember to drink water 😉

I also get all sorts of samples with my Sephora purchases that I’ll have to try out soon which is perfect for isolation since I’ve been running out of products and don’t want to order more online.

Diet: I have cut out all dairy (not too hard since I am lactose intolerant) and try to keep my processed foods and sugar intake to a minimum. I want to place an order for some probiotics off Tropeaka because I love following Sarah Therese and Sarah’s Day, but we’ll see!

xx Marley
