I feel like everyone has so much time lately, and I have been learning guitar, spanish, sign language and baking up a storm! I came up with this banana bread recipe and wanted to share it with you <3
You will need:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I only sprinkled some on top for this loaf)
Preheat the oven to 350º
In a kitchenaid, mix the 3 bananas until they’re not super clumpy.
Next add in 1/4 cup maple syrup, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp vanilla, 1 tsp coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp cinnamon and mix again.
Lastly, mix in 1 1/2 cups of of flour until everything is mixed together and you get a good consistency. Actually now, the last step is to mix in 1/4 cup (or as much as you want) of chocolate chips and throw in the oven for 40-50 minutes.

I hope you enjoy as much as I do! I have literally made this twice this week because the bananas are getting so ripe and it passes the time nicely.
