How to make Chia Seed Pudding

How to make Chia Seed Pudding

Last week I asked you guys in Instagram to send me recipes you want to see, and a bunch of you said chia seed pudding! So here are 3 different kinds of chia seed pudding 😀

These are super easy to make the night before school or work and take on the go. Chia seeds are high in antioxidants, fibre and quality protein. They help you stay full and are high in omega-3 fatty acids and I love these different flavours!

I got these cute mason jars and lids from Mason Jar Merchant so my lids don’t leak and my mom and I never get our breakfasts mixed up now!

Chocolate chia seed pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Start by putting 2 tbsp of chia seeds in a small jar, then adding 1 tbsp of cocoa powder. Pour in the coconut milk carefully then mix together and put in the fridge overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

Raspberry Chia seed pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • drizzle of honey
  • frozen raspberries to mix in

Put chia seeds and coconut milk in a mini jar and mix, then add frozen raspberries, mix and put in fridge. When you’re ready to eat, top with more berries & I added honey because mine was a bit tart!!

Classic chia seed pudding

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • blob of honey
  • ( I added frozen blueberries)

Mix chia seeds and milk until there aren’t chia seeds left at the bottom of the jar then add honey and mix some more! I added frozen blueberries to spice things up but you can eat it plain or add any berries you want 🙂

Send me a picture or comment if you make any of these!
