Hey guys! Recently I have been searching for recipes without heaps of sugar in them (because my jeans JUST started fitting again after travelling for 4 months) and being dairy free, vegan recipes usually work best for me so I came across this healthy cookie dough recipe 🙂
- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 dates or you can use 2 tbsp maple syrup if you want it sweeter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Put all the ingredients in a food processor then puree until smooth. I then poured the batter into another bowl and dumped the chocolate chips in. Stir until mixed, put into jars & store in the fridge.
I don’t usually like cookie dough so I’m not sure if this is sweet enough or not but I like it!
