I have been loving a simple, delicious snack and recently I have been making these with the kids I nanny and we all love them!
What you need:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp spelt flour or almond or oat
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Lean Fit brand)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- chocolate chips and sprinkles to top
Mix everything together in a medium sized bowl.
Next roll into balls and dip into a little bowl of sprinkles!
I like to refrigerate mine for at least 30 mins so they aren’t so sticky and enjoy.
