Happy Tuesday! I’ve lost count of how many weeks we’ve been at home now but I am at the point where I am baking (or no bake in this case) new treats every other day.
I wanted to create my own version of a protein ball and since I LOVE dark chocolate, these double chocolate protein balls are perfect for a sweet treat.
You will need:
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 12 dates
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chocolate almond butter (Mine is from Munch)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix these all in a food processor, roll into balls and put in the freezer for later!
